Centre for Studies in Religion and Society (CSRS)

  • For each book identified as CSRS “Found in Translation Collection” material:
  • Add a 590 field: 590 |a Found in Translation Collection.
  • There are no bookplates for the Found in Translation Collection
  • Retain dust jackets
  • Location code in the Holdings record = csrs
  • Write call number on inside back cover (or on page previous if there is decoration or dark color paper on inside back cover). Rubric = CSRS
  • Create TWO call number labels (Location code to be included in the rubric: CSRS)
  • Affix one call number label to the book, as usual.
  • Affix the other call number label to the upper left corner of a half-size piece of blank paper.
  • Create an item record, and add a barcode. Affix the barcode to the same piece of paper as the call number label.
  • Slip the piece of paper in the book.
  • If the resource is a video recording, write the rights on the slip of paper.
