The Lorna Wánosts’a7 Williams Face to Face Media Collection at the University of Victoria offers a selection of over 20 hours of audiovisual material created during production of the documentary The Mind of a Child and related projects. The material centres on Wánosts’a7’s involvement with the production and includes interviews, presentations, roundtables discussions, and additional material shot on site in British Columbia and Israel.

The internet is filled with videos of Elders, Knowledge Holders, and Indigenous scholars sharing some of their knowledge and wisdom. NCCIE has created this catalogue, which is a sampling of what is on the world wide web. Over 200 videos pertaining to more than twenty First Nations, Métis, and Inuit ways of knowing and being from across Canada.

The Indian History Film Project was an initiative aimed at capturing and sharing the perspectives of First Nations elders across Canada. Initially, the project focused on conducting interviews to produce a television series that portrayed Canadian history from a First Nations' viewpoint. Over time, the project expanded to include archival interviews from libraries and archives across the country.

This section contains the Gabriel Dumont’s extensive oral history collection and it contains traditional Métis stories and storyteller resources.
