Distance students have access to the same library collections and resources that our on-campus students use. The only difference is that our unit provides you with a dedicated line of support to assist you with your research needs.
Some of the ways we support you include:
- We can provide you with an orientation to the library collection
- We can provide you with research assistance (e.g. choosing databases to search, finding resources)
- We can send you materials from our collection or can borrow materials from other libraries on your behalf
- We can set you up with reciprocal borrowing privileges with other Canadian universities near where you live
