This is the term used in the US to describe the law and legal traditions of the Indigenous Nations.  It is the equivalent of the term "Indigenous law" in Canada.

This is the term used in the US to describe American Law that involves Indigenous Peoples (it is the equivalent of Aboriginal Law in Canada)
