Open Science & Open Scholarship

Open Science is a global research reform movement and a set of scholarly practices that aims to make more research transparent and accessible

Open Evaluation

Open Evaluation in research refers to making the processes of assessing and appraising scholarly work more transparent, inclusive, and often, public. It is a key component of the broader Open Science movement, challenging the traditional, often closed and anonymous, methods of evaluating research and researchers.

The most common example of open evaluation is Open Peer Review. While "open peer review" can encompass several different practices, it generally involves making aspects of the peer review process publicly available.
