The LAW 362B Labour Law Coursebook sets out the precise sections of the BC Employment Standards Act and the Human Rights Code used in the course.
Full editions of both statutes and their respective regulations can be accessed online:
You may need to check to see whether any statute or regulation sections you're using have been updated. You also may need to research whether any court decisions have interpreted them. BC Laws should be the first source to check for updates to legislation, and you may note up your legislation using either CanLII, WestlawNext Canada, or LexisNexis Quicklaw, an annotated statute, or the print Statutes Judicially Considered resource--or a combination of these.
Please see the Legal Research and Writing research guide for more about updating and noting up legislation.
