Research guide to support LAW 326: Labour Law
This excerpt from Prof Bay's preliminary course description, 2014-2015, gives context to this guide:
This course provides an opportunity for you to learn about the legal principles that govern the management-union relationship, particularly under British Columbia’s Labour Relations Code. Our focus will be a comprehensive overview of the substantive law of collective bargaining. This focus will be situated within the history of Canadian law and politics, as well as the larger schema of employment-related law and legislation. I also hope that I am able to give you a sense of what it is like to work in this field of law.
