There are many videos on research methods uploaded onto youtube.  Here is another good presentation by Graham Gibbs who teaches at the University of Huddersfield in the UK.  I really like Gibbs' many online tutorials available through the Online Qualitative Data Analysis.

Introductory Video Clip--Institutional Ethnography

The University of Oregon's youtube channel hosts a wonderful hour-long video of a presentation by Dorothy Smith, a leading researcher in institutional ethnography.  Dorothy Smith is also an adjunct professor in UVic's Department of Sociology.
