Accessing EndNote

Using EndNote

To access EndNote you first need to sign into the Web of Science.
If not already registered with the Web of Science you can register here

Note:  When you register with the Web of Science, you can use your UVic email address, but do not use your UVic Netlink ID pswd. Create a new pswd when you register with the Web of Science.

Collect references by searching online databases or importing your existing collection.

  • Search an online database

  • Create a reference manually

  • Import references

Organize and group references in any way that works for you. Then share your groups with colleagues.

  • Create a new group

  • Share a group

  • Find duplicate references

Use the EndNote to format bibliographies and cite references while you write.

  • Create a formatted bibliography within EndNote

  • Use the Cite While You Write™ Plug-In with WORD.
