Indigenous Studies

This library guides outlines useful resources in support of various aspects of Indigenous Studies scholarship, particularly the Indigenous Studies program.

Course-specific resources

Here are some resources that will help support specific courses.  If you have additional recommendations, please let me know.  Happy to order materials or add links here whenever possible.

This 18-minute video will guide you through some of the best places at UVic Libraries to start your research for your re-storying place assignment.  Depending on your topic, there are many other options as well.  For example, the BC Archives and the City of Vancouver Archives have excellent collections with many items digitized.  Book a research consultation with me to get more info--happy to chat about your specific research.
