Librarians at Memorial University Libraries in Newfoundland, have created this excellent and short guide on citing using Chicago style.

Rasmussen College Library's quick video introduction to annotated bibliographies

There are many videos on YouTube for how to format an annotated bibliography.  Here is one from Rasmussen College in the USA, it uses APA but the fundamentals are very similar whether you use APA, Chicago, or MLA.
