Use a citation manager like ZOTERO to store citations and associated pdfs.   Citations can be exported to word documents, bibliographies, etc. using various citation styles.  Citation libraries can be shared.

Zotero works with the Library Catalogue, Hein Online, Canlii, and other library databases.

Other ways to manage citations include Lexbox, and folder sharing options found in Westlaw Next Canada and Lexis Advance Quicklaw.
