For creating one-time citations, we like Zoterobib - part of the Zotero suite, you can search for an article, choose your preferred citation style, and it will generate a citation for you. Always proofread the outputs, looking for errors in spelling, capitalization and punctuation, and note that it won't create footnotes for you (just 'works cited' entries).
