The following is a small sampling of the many biography websites online. I've included national biography sites freely available on the Web as well as other specialized sites. There are also many more sites available on specific individuals that can be located by searching by the individual's name--but evaluate carefully. Look for an "about us" page. Sites with educational, governmental or scholarly affiliations are the most reliable.
