There are several free citation management software options available to students, staff and faculty at UVic:

Zotero (https://libguides.uvic.ca/zotero/what)
Mendeley (https://www.mendeley.com/)

Please note: Any web-based tools will host your data on servers that are outside Canada. To secure your data, consider using software that resides on your computer.
