Fighting Antisemitism Together (FAST):  Excellent Middle-Grade lessons on human rights using the lens of the Bully the bullied and the bystander as a lens.  Available in French.
 
Toolkit for Human Rights Education:  from the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.  Lessons are searchable by grade, province and human-rights issue.
