Aboriginal Law Research Guide

Aboriginal law is the national and provincial Canadian law that regulates issues of importance to Aboriginal peoples in Canada. Aboriginal law is rooted in Canadian constitutional law, and extends to family law, property, trusts, taxation, and many other areas. Important public policy issues such as the equitable administration of justice and redress of historical wrongs are closely connected with Aboriginal law.
