3.4 Literature essay & review process
You will write a 2500 – 3500 word essay reviewing the literature on a topic agreed between you and your advisor, and approved by the instructor.

References should be cited in the text using an Author–Date format.
Note that all material that you have relied on must be properly referenced. If you have relied on any unpublished work that your advisor has given you relating to your project, you must reference this (and I may request that you give me a copy of it).

In the reference section, cited work should be listed in alphabetical order. Article titles are included. Journal titles should be included using standard abbreviations. DOIs are included for all articles.
