Canada

  • Canadian Space Agency - Several lesson plans exploring space (Planets, spacesuits, satelites, astronomy . . . ).
  • Learn Now BC - Sciences. Learning resources k-12
  • Every Drop Counts:  "Every Drop Counts is a grade 2 learning resource for Greater Victoria educators about water with a focus on drinking water quality, protection and conservation."  This resource is free to download, but the Curriculum Library has the complete kit which includes children's literature, lesson plans, and materials for experimentation. 
  • Resources for Rethinking:  Learning for a Sustainable Future:  is a non-profit Canadian organisation whose mission is to promote, through education, the knowledge, skills, perspectives, and practices essential to a sustainable future.  Lessons are peer-reviewed.
  • Instructional resources in science. The Open Schools BC's Community Learning Network (CLN) theme page on science.
