Because educational technology is an interdisciplinary field you may find searching these additional databases helpful.
Below are a series of help videos created by UVic Libraries on how to search for and locate articles. The best database to start your search will likely be Summon. Summon is a unique academic content discovery tool that searches across multiple databases simultaneously. Summon has helpful search refinement tools such as limiting your results by date, content type, or subject. Be sure to limit your results to 'scholarly' or 'peer-reviewed'. Not sure what the difference is between scholarly and popular resources? Consult the library's guide on scholarly resources. You can also use Ulrich's Periodicals Index to find out if the journal you are consulting is peer-reviewed.
