China Academic Journals
Full-text electronic versions of Chinese academic periodicals in literature/history/philosophy/ . Can be searched in both Chinese and English. Must choose PDF to view full text, not CAJ viewer.
CiNii
CiNii incorporates 12 million article citations. At present around 15 percent of the citations have the full-text links so that you can download or read the articles online. It covers almost all the subject areas like Education, Humanities, Social Science and Science. Please let Ying Liu know if you need an article but the full-text is not available online. We may be able to borrow it for you.
Economist Intelligence Unit
The database includes Daily Country Report examining the issues such as: the political scene, economic policy, domestic economy, sectoral trends, and foreign trade and payments. Its Country Profiles outline a country's economic and political status and key data.
Global Newsbank
Key English newspapers published around the world. It is especially useful to see different perspectives on one news event.

JSTOR
JSTOR preserves and archives the complete back runs of important scholarly journals. 1124 online academic journals. Date coverage varies from the 1890s to 2-5 years ago.
Nexis Uni
Includes over 6,000 individual sources for news, business, and legal information. The database also includes back files of local, regional and national newspapers, specialized business and industry sources, major business and legal periodicals, court decisions, laws, and patent information from Canada, the United States, Australia, the European Union and other countries. Features IP-authenticated access, and available off campus.

PAIS International with Archive
Public Affairs Information Service contains references from journals, books, government documents, statistical directories, grey literature, research reports, conference reports, publications of international agencies, microfiche, Internet material, and more, from over 120 countries throughout the world (1915-)
Repere Fulltext
Provides references to articles from French-language periodicals, covering all the major Canadian French-language titles (including the full text of some articles from about 40 periodicals from Quebec) as well as journals published in France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Web of Science
Multidisciplinary database. Choose Cited Reference Search to find works which cite a particular author or scholarly article.

World Bank - Data & Research
World Bank E-library
The World Bank e-Library is an electronic portal to the World Bank's full-text collection of books, reports, and other documents. It brings together in a fully indexed and cross-searchable database, over 1,250 titles published by the World Bank during the past several years as well as over 1,800 research working papers- a total of over 3,000 documents.Each new title and working paper is added to the database as they become available.

MLA International Bibliography Detailed bibliography of journal articles, books and dissertations. Subjects consist of literature, language and linguistics, folklore, literary theory & criticism, and dramatic arts, as well as the historical aspects of printing and publishing.
